Ranch Rules
Starry Creek Ranch welcomes adventure lovers, nature enthusiasts, romantics, couch potatoes, and everyone in-between. Family reunion? This is the perfect place. Girlfriend getaway? We've got you covered. Retreat? Yes, we can! Families with children welcome too.
For safety and practicality, the following restrictions apply:
No Smoking: This includes the entire ranch, inside and outdoors.
No Fireworks: County fire bans are in place.
No rock climbing, bouldering or rappelling: Cavern walls are porous and susceptible to chipping. Safety is an issue and we want to preserve what we have.
No Pets: Although we are huge pet lovers, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
Groups: All group reservations must include an adult over the age of 25 who assumes full responsibility for the group.
Release of Liability: Our Release of Liability Form must be signed by each person in your group (parents must sign for children under 18 years).
Children: Due to ungated swimming areas and other risks on property, reservations that include children (under 18 years) must be pre-approved with the owner and the parent/legal guardian must sign the Release of Liability Form prior to the stay.
Booking / Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due at time of booking. Two night minimum required. $200 cleaning fee for all stays. 60/30 cancellation policy:
60 days: Full refund (minus $50 cancellation fee) when you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
30 days: 50% refund when you cancel at least 30 days before scheduled check-in.
Less than 30 days: No refund when you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
